A calmer proposal page

One bar tells you where the job stands, history fits on one line, notes are small chips, and CC and the signable-until date now live inside Send.

A calmer proposal page

The proposal page (Bid → ② Proposal) used to stack a toolbar, tracking cards, a CC link, a date line and up to five full-width strips above your proposal. Now it gets out of the way so you can see the proposal itself.

What changes

  • One bar tells you where the job stands. It stays pinned to the top as you scroll: the total, one status (Sent · viewed Sep 23, Signed Sep 24, Change order #2 waiting on Dana), and one violet button that changes with the job: Send, then Resend, then Change order once it's signed.
  • History fits on one line. After the first send, a line under the bar shows one dot per document: green signed, amber waiting on you or your client, grey not opened, hollow revoked. Tap Open history › for the full story: views, signatures, signable-until dates, Copy link, View as client, Revoke. Old links fold away under older links.
  • Notes are small chips. Prices that moved since scope, the build’s “before you send” notes, your discount, hidden prices, the proposal style (when you have more than one) and Future Vision renders each show as a chip only when they apply. Tap one for the details and its buttons.
  • CC and the signable-until date live inside Send. Pressing Send opens a small panel with To, CC and Signable until. Nothing goes out until you press Send proposal in it. Copy a link instead is right there too.
  • One banner left. If you edit a signed proposal, an amber banner tells you your client can't see it and offers Create change order.

Nothing was removed

Everything that moved is in the ··· menu on the bar: Save to catalog, Get a shareable link, Resend signed copy, Print, Arrange sections, Hide per-item prices, Add discount, Regenerate full proposal, Revoke shareable link and Save as template. Edit and PDF sit on the bar itself (PDF moves into ··· on a phone).
