Proposal uploads you've already reviewed stop asking to be reviewed

Accepted upload batches now leave the Pending review list for good — and the notes you wrote on your original line items come along for the ride.

Proposal uploads you've already reviewed stop asking to be reviewed

If you've uploaded past proposals more than once, you've probably seen this: you go to Services, and Pending review is still showing a batch you dealt with weeks ago. You open it, everything's already in your catalog, you close it. Next week it's back.

Only the most recent batch you accepted was being remembered. Every earlier one quietly rolled back onto the pile, forever.

Fixed. Accepting a batch now marks that batch as done, and it drops off the list — no matter how many you've done since. Pending review means what it says: uploads that still need your eyes.

The batch doesn't disappear, to be clear. The review page still opens if you want to look back at what a past upload found, and re-accepting one won't duplicate anything in your catalog. It just stops raising its hand.

There's a small bonus in this: because accepted batches leave the list, their PDFs stop sitting one trash-tap away from a delete button you never meant to press.

Your line-item notes made it into the catalog

When the AI reads your past proposals, it's always picked up the notes you wrote on individual lines — the material note ("client supplies tile", "premium waterproofing system") and any scope note alongside it. Until now it read them and then dropped them.

Now they show up two places:

  • On the review screen. Tap Details on any service and each original line shows its notes underneath, next to the price and the file it came from. Useful for catching the moment a price looks low because the client was supplying the tile.
  • In the saved service. When a line carried a material note, it's appended to that service's description as a Materials: line — so it's in front of the AI the next time it prices that work, instead of lost in a PDF.

Nothing to turn on. It applies to your next upload.

Where the uploader lives

While we were in here we fixed the help article, which was pointing at a button that doesn't exist. The two real ways in:

  • Catalog → Services → Add Services → Past proposals (PDF / image) — the main road.
  • Project Templates → Add template from proposal — same uploader, opens the template modal when the scan finishes.
