Forgot to clock in? Add the hours afterwards

The clock is great when you remember it. Now you're covered when you don't.

Look for + Add hours on a project's Schedule section, on any day of your timesheet, and on a task's time entries. Pick the day, type the hours, choose the job (and the task, if you know it), save. If you'd rather give exact start and end times, tap Exact times.

Owners and admins can log hours for anyone on the crew.

Logged hours count on the timesheet the same as clocked ones — if the day had no clock, one is created for you; if it had one, it's extended when the hours run past it. And if the week was already submitted or approved, it comes back as Amended so it can be resubmitted with the right total instead of quietly changing a signed-off number.

Cost Analysis got the same treatment: Clocked on this job now includes hours logged on the whole project without a task, so the actual labor number is finally the whole story.
