The AI only adjusts time math (typical hours, production rate). It never touches your task structure, skills, SOPs, or dependencies — those decisions are yours. Each suggestion explains its reasoning in plain language and tells you its confidence level.
Reject a suggestion and that specific change won't come back for 90 days. But if more data shifts the median in the meantime, the AI can propose a different change before then.
