Annual billing and a 14-day trial

Two changes to how plans and trials work.

Pick monthly or annual

When it's time to add a card, you now choose monthly or annual billing first. Annual is billed once a year and comes out cheaper than paying month-to-month — the upgrade page shows the current price for each option and exactly how much annual saves you. You enter your card on Stripe's secure page, and your trial keeps running until it ends, so you're never charged early.

To get there: open Billing in the sidebar and hit Add Payment Method (or click Add card in the trial banner). Only the account owner can manage billing.

The free trial is now 14 days

New signups get a 14-day free trial of Pro — no credit card required, every feature unlocked. As before, a banner reminds you when you're down to the last few days, and your data is always safe even if the trial lapses before you add a card.

Already a subscriber? Nothing changes for you — these apply to new trials and to choosing how you'd like to be billed going forward.
