Skip the breakdown when you already know the sqft
If you already know the square footage of a room or surface, you don't have to build it up from length × width anymore.
On any area question on a Quick gaps card, look at the top of the card for the two-button toggle:
- Build from surfaces (default) — works like before. Add one or more
L × Wrows and we sum them. - I know the total — one input for the total sqft. Type it, tap Use this total, done.
And if you mention a total in a voice note ("the floor is 2,500 sqft," "wall tile is about 80 square feet"), BidCraft picks that up and pre-fills the answer. No more retyping a number you already said out loud.
Both modes save the answer the same way downstream. Flip back and forth without losing what you typed.
