Put the sections of a proposal in whatever order you like

Yesterday's checklist let you pick which sections go on paper. Today you can drag them into a different order too, and set the order you want every new proposal to start with.

Open a proposal's ··· menu and pick Print, Download PDF, or the new Arrange sections. Every section this proposal has is listed in the order it reads in, each with a grip on the left. Drag a section up or down and confirm. The new order is saved to that proposal, so it reads the same way on your screen, on paper, in the PDF, and on the link your client opens.

Ticks still only decide what goes in that one copy. Dragging changes the proposal itself. Cancel throws away a drag; Default order puts the style's order back.

Set the default for each style

Head to Catalog → Proposal Settings → Layout. A new Section order list sits under the layout options. Drag it into shape and save, and every new proposal in that style starts in that order. If you keep a builder style and a homeowner style, each one has its own.

Your company header and the client's details always come first. Proposals you have already sent don't move: the link a client is holding keeps the order it was sent in.
