Big photos just work

Some photos wouldn't upload — usually full-size shots a client or a sub texted you. A screenshot of the same photo went in fine, which was the clue: the originals were too big for the way we were sending them. That's fixed. Full-size photos (up to 25MB) now upload to your rooms on the web and in the app, no resizing or screenshot needed.

Receipts: upload, not just snap

Receipts used to be camera-only on a phone. There's now an Upload button next to Photo — on a job's Money page and in the dashboard's + Receipt sheet. Use it for:

  • a screenshot of an online order or an emailed receipt,
  • a photo that's already in your camera roll,
  • a PDF invoice or order confirmation.

The AI reads them the same way it reads a paper receipt — vendor, date, totals, category, and line items. How logging receipts works
