You can now block people in the Community
Sometimes you just don't want to hear from someone. Now you don't have to.
How to block
Open the ⋯ menu on any of their messages and pick Block user, or hit Block on their profile. That's it.
Once someone's blocked:
- You stop seeing each other's posts in the channels.
- Neither of you can start a direct message, and any conversation you already had drops off both your lists.
- They're never told — to them, you simply look unreachable.
Undo anytime
It's completely reversible. Head to Community settings and you'll find a Blocked users list with an Unblock button next to each person. Unblock and everything goes back to normal.
Blocking is between you and one other person. If something breaks the rules and the BidCraft team should see it, use Report on the message instead — that still works the same way, and you can use both.
