Jump to a client's portal from the job

Checking what your client can actually see used to mean leaving the job, finding their contact record, and opening the portal from there. Three stops for a two-second question.

Now there's a Client Portal button at the top of every project screen, right next to Actions. Tap it and their portal opens in a new tab — same schedule, same photos, same messages they're looking at on their phone.

Handy right after you share a progress photo or post an update: pop over, confirm it looks the way you meant it to, close the tab, back to work.

If the button is greyed out, the project isn't linked to a client yet. Add their email under Client info and their portal gets created automatically — the button lights up on its own.
