Crew now clock in and out of projects + individual tasks right from the daily work view. Real session times replace the post-hoc "How many hours did that take?" prompt — though that's still there as a fallback when someone forgot to clock in.
Tap a project to clock in. The task list narrows to just that project. Each task gets its own clock-in button — finished or paused, tap clock out, then "Task complete? Yes / Not yet" and "Take a photo? Yes / Skip". At the end of the day, clock out of the project.
Forgot to clock out? Open the task in Details → the new Time entries section lets anyone correct their own entries (and owners/admins can fix anyone's).
These accurate hours are the foundation for the calibration insights coming next — BidCraft will start showing you which services run consistently over or under estimate, then propose specific fixes once enough data accumulates.
