Up to now, the only way to see a schedule was one project at a time. If you wanted to know whether next Tuesday was already spoken for, you opened jobs one by one and held the dates in your head.
There's a Calendar item in the sidebar now. One row per scheduled job, laid across a real calendar, with a line marking today.
The bars are phases, not individual tasks — Demo, Prep, Waterproof, Layout, Tile set, Grout, Trim/seal, Punch. Each phase keeps the same color on every job, so you can look down a single week and see that three crews are all waterproofing on Thursday. If you've renamed a phase, the calendar uses your name for it.
A few things worth knowing:
- Weeks or Days. Weeks is the default and fits about a quarter on screen. Switch to Days when you need to pin down exactly which day something lands.
- Show unsigned pulls in proposals you've sent but haven't got a signature on yet. Handy right before you promise someone a start date — turn it on, look at the week you were about to commit to, and check nothing's already stacked there. It's off by default so guesses don't crowd committed work.
- Click a job name to open the project; click a phase bar to land directly on that project's tasks.
A job shows up here once it's signed and its tasks have dates on them — which happens when you set a start date on the project's Schedule tab. If the board is empty, that's the step you're missing.
Owners, admins, and salespeople can see it. There are no prices anywhere on the page — it's a schedule, not a price list. Crew keep their own view on My Day and their assigned projects.
