Crew members now land on a daily work view designed for the phone. Today/Week toggle, swipe-friendly cards, and overdue tasks bubble to the top. Tap Start task to begin work; Mark done when you wrap up — a quick prompt asks for actual hours so BidCraft can learn how long the work really takes.
Every task has a Photos & notes section so you can document progress on the job site. Snap a photo, add a quick note, and anyone on the project can reply. Great for "I ran into this, what do you want me to do?" moments without making a phone call.
When someone adds a new photo or comment, a small dot appears next to the task on your list so nothing gets missed. SOPs attached to a task open in a reader sheet right where you're working — tap the 📄 icon, read, then tap Done.
If you're an owner or admin, your existing All tasks view at /tasks is unchanged. The new crew view is what your team members see by default.
