Deleting your data is now a link on your profile

The page that explains how to delete project data or close your account used to be something you had to know the address of. It's a link at the bottom of My Profile now.

Deleting your data is now a link on your profile

We've always had a page explaining how to get your data out of BidCraft — what you can delete yourself, what we have to do for you, and how long it takes. The problem was finding it. Nothing in the app pointed at it. You had to already know it existed.

Now there's a card at the bottom of Office → My Profile called Your data, with one link: Delete your data or account.

It shows on your own profile only. If you're an owner or admin looking at a crew member's profile, you won't see it there — removing a teammate is a different job and it still lives on the Team page.

Nothing about how deletion works has changed. Most of it you could already do yourself, immediately, without asking anyone:

  • Trash a whole project from its card, or from the Actions menu on the project.
  • Trash a single photo, voice note, or receipt with the trash icon next to it.

Closing your whole account is the part we handle. Fill in the form on that page, we'll email you to confirm it's really you, and then the account and its data come out. That path works even if you've already uninstalled the app or can't sign in.

One thing worth saying plainly: if what you actually want is to stop paying, cancel your subscription from the Billing page instead. Closing the account takes your projects, proposals, photos, and pricing setup with it.
