Floor plans now create your rooms for you
Uploading a whole-house floor plan used to read the sheet and then… keep what it found to itself. Now it finishes the job.
Pick your rooms off the plan
After BidCraft analyzes a floor plan, a room picker pops up listing every labeled room it found on the sheet. The rooms that look in-scope for your project come pre-checked — and if you mentioned the scope in the instruction box when you uploaded ("just the two upstairs baths"), the pre-checks follow your words.
Confirm the picks and BidCraft creates a room for each one, named exactly as printed on the plan, with the plan's printed dimensions already filled into your Measurements. No re-typing square footage off a drawing.
Rooms you leave unchecked stay off the project — a whole-house plan doesn't drag the garage and both bedrooms into your bathroom quote.
Sturdier uploads too
Large floor-plan files upload more reliably now (they go straight to storage instead of squeezing through a size limit), and a flaky connection retries automatically instead of failing the upload.
