Measurements card stands out more — and the AI learns more from your photos
A few polish moves and one real proposal-quality upgrade.
Measurements card is louder. The Project Total Measurements card got a thicker terracotta border so it competes with the Step 1 buttons above it instead of getting lost. The header now shows a capture meter chip (8/14 captured) that you can read even when the card is collapsed. When you've logged every measurement, the chip turns purple with a ✦.
Missing measurements are visible. Before, the totals tiles only showed for measurements that had a value — so an unmeasured room looked empty instead of incomplete. Now any measurement that applies but isn't logged yet shows as a dashed coral tile with a ?. Click the tile to jump straight to the first room that needs it.
Per-photo AI details fold out of the way. Each photo group used to show a full AI analysis block — condition score, complexity factors, OCR text, existing material details, raw notes — even when you didn't want to read it. Now those details start collapsed behind a small ▶ Show AI details toggle with a one-line summary. Click to expand when you want to see what BidCraft saw. Conditions and material observations that BidCraft thinks are important also show inside each room's card in Measurements — that's the main surface now.
The proposal AI gets two more signals from your photos. When you run Analyze, BidCraft now rolls the room's worst-case condition score (1–10) and the existing tile details (size, type, pattern, grout condition) into the synthesis. The proposal AI reads those when drafting your scope. A bathroom with 4/10 worn ceramic in a herringbone pattern gets a different demo + substrate-prep treatment than the same footprint with 8/10 newer 12×24 porcelain.
Existing projects keep their current synthesis as-is. Re-run Analyze when you want a project to pick up the new signals.
