Everybody gets the same list now

Open Tasks. First thing you see is My Day: your clock, then Overdue, then Today, then Done today. That's it. That's the screen.

It's the same screen for the owner, the office admin, the guy selling the jobs and the guy setting the tile. Nobody has to learn a second layout to answer "what am I doing right now?"

What's on it

• Your day clock, up top. Start my day, a live timer, chips showing which site and which task you're on, and End day when you're done. Tap the site chip to jump to that project.
• Overdue. Late work, in red, first. Where else would it go.
• Today. What's scheduled, what you've already started, and any of your own tasks that never got a date.
• Done today. A collapsed count of your wins. Tap to open it and admire your work.

Clock into a project and the list narrows to that job so you're not scrolling past three other sites. Show everything widens it back out.

Sales, you're invited

Tasks is in your sidebar and your bottom bar now. Materials moved into the More menu to make room — same page, one extra tap.

Timesheets for everyone

If you clock a day, you have a timesheet. Timesheet is in everybody's sidebar now (crew keep theirs in the bottom bar; everyone else finds it under Office → My Timesheet on mobile). Submitting a week for approval is still a crew thing — for everyone else it's just a clean read of where the week actually went.

Owners and admins: nothing lost

Your Board is still there — it's a pill next to the Tasks heading, right beside SOPs and Insights. Same board, same right-hand rail, same + New task button in the corner. My Day just got there first, because most mornings that's the question you're actually asking.
