New stuff shows up on your dashboard instead of hiding in Help
We ship fixes and features most weeks, and until now the only way to hear about it was to go looking. A couple of you re-reported bugs we'd already fixed — which is on us, not you.
What changed:
- A short list on your dashboard. When something new ships, you'll see it near the top of your home screen — one line per update, tap it to read the details.
- Tap "Got it" and it's gone. Dismissing clears the list until the next thing ships. Nothing to configure.
- A bell in the top corner. On your computer there's a little bell up in the top right, on every screen. An orange dot on it means something shipped. Click it any time to see the recent updates — even after you've read them.
- A dot on Help. If there's something you haven't read yet, the Help item in the menu wears the same small orange dot. Open the bell or the What's new page and the dot clears itself.
Just signed up? You won't get a pile of old announcements — you start fresh, and only see what ships from here on.
Everything still lives in Help → What's new if you'd rather browse the whole history — and it's now the first thing on the Help home page instead of the last.
