Your voice notes now feed the gap card
Tell BidCraft your shower dimensions, ceiling height, or floor sqft in a voice note, and the gap card stops asking for them.
What changed
- After you click Generate scope draft, BidCraft now analyzes any voice or text notes you've left, pulling out dimensions you mentioned (shower width, ceiling height, perimeter, floor area, etc.).
- The Project Totals card on your project page lights up with the values that were extracted — you can see at a glance what BidCraft heard.
- Gap-card questions you already answered in a note simply don't appear.
If you edit a note after analysis has run, click ↻ Re-analyze on the Project Totals card. Next scope-draft will re-extract from your updated notes.
How this helps
Photos still work the same way — analyze a room with photos and the dimensions land in Project Totals from the AI's photo analysis. Notes-only projects now get the same treatment. You can onboard a project with voice notes alone and get straight to scope without BidCraft asking you to measure by hand.
The gap card is smarter: it only asks what you haven't already told it. Fewer redundant questions, faster scope drafts.
