Growth is now Office, and Timesheets moved under it

A small sidebar tidy-up.

What changed

Growth → Office. The section that held My Profile, Company Profile, and Team is now called Office. The contents are the same — same pages, same URLs, same permissions. The new name fits better now that the section also handles payroll approvals.

Timesheets review moved under Office. When the crew-experience drop landed earlier today, the Timesheets approval queue (where owners and admins approve crew weeks before payroll) was sitting at the top level of the sidebar. It's now under Office → Timesheets, alongside Team. Same page, same URL (/timesheets/pending), same role gate — just a tidier home.

Why

"Growth" stopped describing the contents the moment payroll review moved in. Office reads as the back-office bucket: who you are (My Profile), what your shop is (Company Profile), who works there (Team), and the hours you owe them (Timesheets).

Old links and bookmarks still work — only the menu label changed.
