Project pickers fixed, and Completed jobs say Completed

Pick a project in the task editor. When you create or edit a task in the full editor, the Project dropdown lists your projects again. It had only been offering Standalone (no project).

Crew can add a receipt to a job. On the crew home, + Add receipt lists the projects to choose from. The list had been coming up empty.

No dollar totals for crew. Crew no longer see stage totals on the Projects page. Owners, admins and sales see them as before.

Completed means Completed. A finished job's card on Projects now says Completed instead of Draft.
