Keep each tile selection and reread individual plan sheets
Room notes now keep separate tile selections for the same surface, including the printed product, pattern, grout and installation notes. If several selections share an area, check their applications and quantities before using that area in your bid.
The plans card shows surface measurements in four groups: confirmed, from documents, suggested, and missing. Reading every sheet does not necessarily mean every surface has a measurement. Drawing-based suggestions still need your confirmation.
Finish codes can connect a room's schedule to a separate product legend. Codes without a unique definition or room assignment stay visible for review. Repeated room numbers on different floors also need review before the app can safely measure them.
Open View sheets, then open a page and choose Read this sheet again when its reading is incomplete. This reads that page afresh. Update rooms from saved readings uses the information already recovered from the documents. Your edited notes and confirmed measurements are preserved.
For difficult plans, Biddy can inspect a wider area and make another reading attempt. Irregular room outlines can produce a suggested area when the drawing scale is usable; otherwise the measurement remains missing. Check the source drawing and confirm the actual tiled area, especially around showers, cabinetry, openings and borders.
