The customer portal now looks like a project plan booklet
Same link as before, completely new feel. The customer portal opens on a beautiful cover plate — your logo, your business name, the homeowner's name in big serif type, and the date you prepared it. Underneath, each project reads like a chapter: a visual milestone timeline, the scope of work laid out as a numbered deliverables list, a payment-schedule tracker with Pay buttons, your update feed, and any tasks you opted to share.
You can print it
Hit File → Print on any browser and the portal lays out as a real booklet. Sticky nav, ask-form, and Pay buttons hide; each active project starts on its own page. Bring a printed copy to your walk-through and the homeowner has something tangible to keep on the kitchen counter.
You can brand it
Open Settings → Company → Customer portal to set:
- A tagline under your business name on the cover.
- An owner headshot for the cover circle + the About Us footer.
- An owner display name for the "From {You}" caption.
- A longer About blurb that lives at the bottom of the booklet, not at the top — so it's there when the homeowner wants it without shouting from the cover.
- A business email for the About Us contact strip and the Reply-To on portal questions.
All optional. Anything you leave blank just hides.
What changed for the homeowner
- A cover that immediately reads as a project plan, not a status page.
- A sticky Quick-nav at the top that jumps to Plan / Schedule / Payments / Updates / Tasks / About.
- A visual project timeline for each active project — the four milestones (Signed → Deposit received → Work scheduled → Completed) on a clean horizontal track that folds to vertical on mobile.
- A scope of work section that shows your scope prose in a warm callout, then every line item as a numbered "what's included" list (no prices broken out — they see the total + the payment schedule).
- A payment schedule tracker with status indicators and Pay buttons inline.
- An About Us section at the bottom with your story and contact info.
What hasn't changed
- The portal link is still the credential — no login.
- Updates, tasks, payments, and Ask form work exactly as before.
- Past projects still collapse below the active set.
- HighLevel + native invoicing flows are untouched.
The booklet upgrade is automatic for every existing portal — your contacts see it the next time they open their link.
