Clients now call or email you from a card in their portal

The chat thread between you and your clients is gone. Almost nobody used it, and it only emailed the client for the first unread message, so some messages seemed to go nowhere. Email works better, so that's what BidCraft uses now.

In your client's portal: the Messages tab is gone. Their portal Home now has a Questions? Contact card with your phone and email. They can copy either one or tap Call or Email. The phone and email come from your Company Profile. Old links to the Messages tab open Home.

On your side: to reach a client, open the project and go to Client. The email box is at the top and the list of everything you've sent them is right under it. Emails go out under your business name and replies land in your inbox.

Your old messages are kept. Nothing was deleted. Open the contact and you'll find them under Earlier portal messages on the Overview tab.
