Proposals are dated the day you send them, and your terms keep the right price

Pick any date for a proposal, and the price, deposit and schedule in edited terms now follow the proposal.

Proposals are dated the day you send them, and your terms keep the right price

The date on your proposal

A proposal used to show the day it was first built, even if you sent it weeks later. Now it shows the day you send it. A draft shows today's date.

Need a specific date? Hit Edit on the proposal and click the date under the proposal number to pick one. Use the send date puts it back to automatic. You can also just tell Biddy: "date this proposal October 1."

Your terms keep the right numbers

If you edited the Terms & Conditions on a proposal, the price, deposit and payment schedule in them used to stay at whatever they were when you edited. Change a line later and the terms could quote an old total.

Now those figures always follow the proposal. While you edit your terms they're highlighted, so you can see which numbers fill in on their own. Terms you edited before this were fixed for you too. If BidCraft can't tell where a figure belongs (say you reworded that sentence), a yellow note above the terms tells you what it should read before you send.

Anything you already sent stays exactly as your client received it.
