Read your whole document set again whenever you need to

A Re-analyze documents button on the Plans card reads every file again from scratch, keeps your answers, and offers a start-over for a bad first match.

Read your whole document set again whenever you need to

Rooms that came off your plans used to be locked in once the first read finished. Swap a file, add a sheet, or realize the first read paired a schedule with the wrong bathroom, and there was no clean way to have Biddy look at everything again.

Now the Plans card has Re-analyze documents, whether the card is open or collapsed to a single line. It also lives under View sheets.

What it does. Every file is read again from scratch, including anything you added since the last read. Your answers, room names, and the measurements you typed are kept. If a re-read page no longer says something it said before, that detail is taken back.

Start over. Inside the same dialog is a box, off by default. Tick it when the first read matched rooms badly, because every answer you gave after that was against the wrong room. Start over forgets which room each sheet was matched to and the quick checks you answered, then reads everything fresh. Your room cards, photos, notes, and typed measurements still stay.

What's unchanged. Update rooms from saved readings is still there for the light touch, and Read this sheet again still re-reads one page.
