The proposal editor keeps your rooms together

On a job grouped by room or floor, the editor shows the same headings as your proposal and your client's page, and lines stay in their room while you edit.

The proposal editor keeps your rooms together

On a whole-house job your proposal reads by place — Ground Level, First Floor, Primary Bath, Casita Bath. Your proposal, the printout, the PDF and your client's page all showed those headings, but the editor only did when the proposal showed one price per room. So the screen you edited on could look different from the document your client got.

Same headings everywhere

The editor now puts a heading over each room or floor exactly where the proposal does. If your style shows one price per room, each heading shows that room's total as you edit, and the house-wide work gets its own General heading. Jobs without rooms look just as they did.

Editing stays inside the room

  • Drag a line up or down and it stays under its own heading. No more dropping a shower line into the kitchen by accident.
  • + Add line on any heading adds a line to that room, at the end of its group. It opens your services catalog search first if you have one.
  • Move a line to another room from its details: pick the room under Section, choose No section for house-wide work, or New section… to start a new group.

Demo, disposal, permits and other house-wide work stay at the bottom. Moving a line never changes its price or your total, only where it prints.
