The Tasks tab on signed projects now has a Gantt timeline. Set a start date and every task lays out on the calendar — colored by who's assigned, with arrows showing which tasks block others. Build a project crew pool to narrow the assignee picker, and chain dependent tasks together so the schedule reflows automatically when dates change.
Crew members still see the same list view they had before — the mobile-first daily view is coming next week.
