Your account setup link keeps working, and a new one is one tap away

After you buy BidCraft, you set your password from a link. Some people who bought ended up locked out of the account they paid for. Here's what changed.

The emailed link stays good

The thank-you page after checkout and the email we send both give you a link to set your password. Opening the thank-you page used to quietly switch off the emailed link, even though the page said you could use it later. Now both links work until you set your password. Each one is good for 7 days.

Getting a new link

If you never set your password, or the link ran out:

• On the login page, tap Forgot password and enter the email you paid with. You'll get a fresh link to finish setting up your account.
• Open an old link and the page now shows an Email me a new link box instead of a dead end, plus an email address to reach us.
• Try to buy again with the same email and we won't charge you twice. We email you a new setup link instead.

Reminders

If you haven't set your password yet, we send a reminder with a fresh link about a day after you buy, and again about three days after. They stop as soon as your password is set.
