Your Showcase now feeds the photos on every proposal

One photo pool instead of two. Load your past work in bulk, tag it, star your best — and BidCraft pulls the right shots onto every proposal automatically.

One place for your photos

You told us it was daft to upload the same shower twice — once for your Showcase, once for your proposals. You were right. Now there's one photo pool, and it's your Showcase.

What changed:

  • Proposals pull from your Showcase. The Our Work section on a proposal now draws from the before & afters, after shots, and progress photos you already collect on every job. Nothing to re-upload. Client reviews, team photos, funny finds, and videos stay out of it — those are for your gallery, not a homeowner's estimate.
  • Load your back catalog in one go. New + Add past work button on the Showcase page. Pick every good photo on your phone at once — jobs from before BidCraft, jobs you never logged here — tag the whole batch, done. No project required. Worth 5 XP each, up to 100.
  • Star your best work. Tap the star on any photo and it leads the pack on every proposal from then on. If you've got one shower that's the best thing you've ever tiled, star it and it goes out first whenever it fits the job. Relevance still wins, though — a starred kitchen won't muscle its way onto a shower remodel ahead of your actual shower work.
  • Tags live on the photos now. Same idea as before: label a photo shower, herringbone, curbless, heated floor, and BidCraft matches it to each job's scope. Edit tags right in the full-size viewer.
  • Before & after sets show their after photo. The finished work is what sells. The before shot on its own just looks like someone else's ugly bathroom.

Your badges, insurance certificate, license, and other documents haven't moved — they're still in Catalog → Proposal Settings, working exactly as they were. The Portfolio section there is now just the on/off switch and the photo count, with a link through to your Showcase.

Never touched any of it? Your proposals look exactly like they did yesterday. The Our Work section stays hidden until you've got something worth showing — and the fastest way to change that is Showcase → + Add past work.
