Cleaned up the sidebar
The menu had grown to 17 items across Settings, top-level entries, and the mobile More sheet. It felt like a config console more than a work surface. Here's what changed.
The new sidebar
Eight top-level items, grouped by what you're actually doing:
- Dashboard — same as before
- Projects — same as before
- Tasks — promoted to top-level so you don't have to dig for it
- Catalog ▾ — Services, Materials, Find Products, Pricing Strategy, Proposal Settings (renamed)
- Growth ▾ — My Profile, Company Profile, Team
- Connected Apps — HighLevel and Stripe live as tile cards on one page (used to be Integrations + Payments as separate items)
- Billing — your subscription and usage
- Help — same as before

Connected Apps
HighLevel and Stripe used to live on separate pages. Now they're tiles on a single Connected Apps page — click a tile to expand its full setup or settings. Each tile shows its connection status (Connected / Active / Not set up) right in the header so you know at a glance what's wired up.
A few small cleanups that came along for the ride:
- The "where do invoices come from" and "how are proposals sent" choices moved out of the HighLevel page and into the renamed Proposal Settings page. They're delivery decisions about proposals, not really HighLevel-specific config.
- The "Import Products" button is gone from the HighLevel tile — that flow already lives in Catalog → Services (the "Import from HighLevel" button on the Services list page does the same thing).
- Sync history moved inside the HighLevel tile's expanded panel as a "View sync history" link.
Why "Proposal Settings" instead of "Proposal Style"
The page now covers more than just styling — it also controls where proposals go and where invoices are created. The name was outgrowing the page.
Why Growth
The Growth menu groups everything tied to identity and progress:
- Personal growth — your profile
- Business growth — company info, logo, service area
- People growth — your team
- Achievement growth — (coming) badges you've earned
- Social growth — (coming) leaderboard against peers
It's a single home for "the things that improve over time" instead of being scattered between Settings and the rest of the menu.
Why Catalog absorbed Pricing and Proposal Settings
Catalog used to mean "inventory of services and materials." Now it means everything you need to build a proposal — what to sell, what's in stock, what to charge, how it looks, where it's sent. Pricing Strategy and Proposal Settings sit alongside Services and Materials because that's the workflow your brain is already in when you're building a proposal.
Mobile
The bottom tab bar swapped Services and Materials for Tasks and Catalog — Tasks is daily-use, Materials is weekly. Materials is still one tap away in the More sheet.
SOPs are now a tab on the Tasks page
SOPs are the source material for tasks (your tile-cutting setup, your day-1 walkthrough, your closeout punch list) — and your tasks are the execution of those SOPs. They belong together. The standalone SOPs page is now a SOPs tab on /tasks (owner/admin only, fourth tab next to "By project / My day / All tasks"). Same library, same create flow, same search. The old /sops URL redirects to the tab.
Individual SOP detail (/sops/[id]) and edit (/sops/[id]/edit) pages still work as deep links — links from task SOP chips, project task views, etc., all keep working.
Usage moved inside Billing
The Usage page collapsed into a Usage tab on the Billing page. Plan info, payment method, and the "Manage Subscription" button live under Plan; the detailed breakdown (per-AI-action token spend, history, admin user table) lives under Usage. The old /settings/usage URL redirects to /settings/billing#usage.
Project Templates merged into SOPs
The Project Templates page used to be a separate library of standing checklists ("Day 1 walkthrough", "Closeout punch list") that auto-fire on signed projects. Now that's just an SOP with tasks + the Auto-apply on every signed project toggle. One concept instead of two.
Every existing Project Template has been migrated to a new SOP with the same UUID, so bookmarked /settings/project-templates/[id] URLs redirect straight to /sops/[id]/edit. The SOP editor now has a Tasks Checklist section right under the procedure body, and the auto-apply toggle lives above it. Auto-applying SOPs show a ⚡ chip in the SOPs library so they're easy to spot.
See Auto-applying SOPs (org-wide checklists) for the full walkthrough.
Nothing got deleted. Bookmarked URLs to /settings/highlevel, /settings/payments, /sops, /settings/usage, and /settings/project-templates all redirect to the right place.
