The Team tab, rebuilt

Open Time & Team and tap Team. It now answers the questions an owner with a crew asks every morning: who worked where, who's on site right now, and who's off next week.

Everyone's week on one screen

One row per person, you first, and a column for each day. Each day lists the jobs that person worked, in the same colors the jobs have on your schedule, with the hours and a short job name. Today's column is shaded. If someone is clocked in right now, their day says live. Time off shows in italics. Use the arrows beside the tabs to look back at earlier weeks.

On a phone, each person gets a card with a small strip of bars for the week and their total.

Who's on site now

A green line beside the tabs tells you who is clocked in and on which job, like "Marco on site now · Hale primary bath". When nobody is clocked in, it stays out of the way.

A card for each teammate

Each card shows the person's role, their working hours, their next time off, and a warning when a certification runs out in the next 60 days. Manage opens their profile to change any of it. Owners still change roles and remove people right on the card. People you've invited but who haven't joined yet show under Waiting to join, and the dashed purple card at the end invites someone new.

Just you?

If you're the only person on the account, you won't see an empty grid. You get a card with your own working hours, time off and certifications, and a card to invite your first crew member when you're ready.
