The Guild is open — start climbing

Every real move you make in BidCraft now earns XP and pushes you up a 9-rank ladder from Apprentice to Guild Master — and your past work already counts.

The Guild is open — start climbing

Running a tile business is a craft, and craftsmen earn their rank. So we built one. Every real move you make in BidCraft now earns XP, levels you up, and pushes you along a 9-rank ladder from Apprentice to Guild Master. Go check your dashboard.

You earn XP for the work you already do

Not for logging in 30 days straight — for the stuff that actually grows your business:

  • Build a proposal, send it, get it signed — closing a deal is the big one.
  • Get an invoice paid. Finish the job. Check off your tasks. The whole run of a project counts now, not just the signature.
  • Grow your catalog, log receipts, import your old proposals — all of it earns.

Your past work already counted

You're not starting from zero. We went back through everything you've already done in BidCraft and gave you credit for it, so when the Guild opens you land at the level your real work earned — not Level 1. Open the app and you'll already be somewhere.

Levels are frequent. Ranks are rare.

You'll level up often — that's the fun part, a little pop every time you move the business forward. Ranks are the milestones, and they're meant to be earned. Guild Master sits at the very top: roughly 630 finished jobs, a climb measured in years. When someone gets there, everyone will know it means something.

Compete, on your terms

There are weekly and monthly challenges — most deals this week, biggest deal of the month. Every shop competes on the same board for now; we'll split it by shop size once there are enough shops of each size to make a real race. Want to keep it private? Compete under an anonymous handle like "Steady Trowel," or step off the board entirely. Your call.

Rather race yourself? Set a personal goal — deals signed, revenue, receipts logged — on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly cadence, and earn XP for hitting it.

Show off the finished work

Every project now has a Showcase — a home for your before-and-afters, walkthroughs, and (the gold) client review videos. Collect them as you go; they earn XP, and they're the start of a portfolio for your next customer.

And when you level up, hit a new rank, or unlock a badge, there's a Share button right on the celebration — post it to the community's Wins channel or send it anywhere else as a badge card. Earned bragging rights are meant to be used.

This is just the start — more is on the way. For now: go build something. It's worth XP.
