Time & Team
Timesheets is now Time & Team. It opens on your own week, it uses the whole screen, and it answers the question that makes logging time worth it: are my jobs running to the days I bid?
Your week as bars
Each day is a bar, one color per job (the same color the job has on your schedule). A working day with nothing logged shows a dashed box and + Add, and a flag tells you when a day is missing, like "Friday has no hours". Tap a day to see every clock-in and fix it right there.
Start your day · Clock in and + Add hours sit at the top of the page.
Every job against its bid
Next to your week is each job you worked, with your hours and a bar of days logged against days bid for the whole job:
- on track when you're at or under the bid
- over in brass when you've gone past it
- over in red when you're more than a quarter past it
If a helper is on the job the same day as you, that day counts once. "A day" is each person's own working hours from their Team profile, so a 10-hour setter isn't shown as over.
Team moved in
Team now lives on the Team tab here, with invites and roles. If you have crew, the Approvals tab sits next to it. Owners and admins with a team can tap a person to see their week.
Only crew submit weeks
Owners, admins and sales never see a "Submit for approval" box any more. Crew still submit their week from the same page, which for them is called Time.
