Voice notes can run as long as the walkthrough does
A few of you hit a wall where a long voice note — the kind you record while walking a whole house — would fail with an upload error around the four-minute mark. That wall is gone.
What changed:
- No more practical length limit. Recordings now upload straight to storage instead of squeezing through a size-capped pipe, so a five-minute (or fifteen-minute) narration goes through fine.
- Failures tell you what happened. If a transcription can't go through — usually spotty job-site signal — you'll see a clear message everywhere you can record, including the Biddy chat mic, instead of your words silently disappearing.
- Try again without re-recording. Voice notes and voice expenses keep your recording on the device when sending fails, with a one-tap retry.
Nothing to set up — it's already on. Talk as long as the job needs.
