Wall sizes use the tile height the sheet prints, wherever it prints it

Shower walls get sized when the elevations print only a height, a valve or counter height no longer passes for a tile height, and a wall that is only partly dimensioned is asked about honestly.

Wall sizes use the tile height the sheet prints, wherever it prints it

Three fixes to the wall sizes read off a drawing set. They are still suggestions, every one of them, and nothing prices until you tap Use.

Showers whose elevations print only the ceiling

A lot of shower elevations print the ceiling height on every view and not a single wall width. That height used to be dropped with the view, so a shower the plan had measured came back with no wall size at all. Now the height is kept, and the shower walls are offered as the plan's measured run times the height the sheet prints.

A valve is not where the tile stops

A dimension to the center of a pot filler, the bottom of a mirror or the top of a counter tells you where a fixture sits. When a read paired a wall with one of those, the wall's area came out as if the tile ran to the valve. Now the sheet's own splash or tile height is used, the splash starts at the counter the sheet prints, and a backsplash drawn across two kitchen elevations is added up wall by wall.

Part of a wall is asked about as part of a wall

When the sheets print how high a wainscot goes but dimension only one of the walls it wraps, the question now says so and asks how far it runs, instead of "use that?" on half a wainscot.

One more on re-reads

Re-reading a package no longer leaves a bathroom with its vanity wall filed twice, which had been blocking the wainscot measured off the plan.
