XP for getting it done
Signing deals has always put points on your shop's board. Finishing the work didn't. That was backwards — the job is the job.
Now every task you check off earns XP, and it counts no matter how it got checked off:
- You tapped Done on the card.
- You ended a task with Mark done when you clocked out of it.
- The app closed out a follow-up for you because the deal moved.
That last one matters. Your pipeline follow-ups tick themselves off when a client opens the proposal or signs — and you get credit for the work that made it happen, same as if you'd tapped the button yourself.
It counts once per task. Flip one back to To do and finish it again and you don't get paid twice. Wait steps — waiting on the plumber, waiting on tile — never count, because nobody worked them. And there's a daily ceiling, so a long punch list can't be farmed for points.
There's a new badge for it too: Task Titan, levelling up at 10, 50, 250 and 1,000 tasks. If your shop has been checking tasks off for a while you'll pick it up at whatever tier you're already at — it won't dump a pile of retroactive points on you.
Your own week, on your own list
Down under your tasks on My Day there's a new My week row:
- Tasks done since Monday
- Hours on the clock this week — the same number your timesheet shows
- Work streak — days in a row you've put in. Take one day off and it holds; take two and it starts over.
- To the guild — the XP your work added to the shop's board this week
Tasks and hours are just work numbers, so they're there for everyone. The streak and XP show up when your shop has the Craftsman's Guild switched on.
It's your row. Nobody's ranking you against your crewmates — it's there so you can look back at Friday and see what the week actually was.
