Your first proposal gets a real celebration

Building, sending and signing your first proposal each get their own moment, rewards show up the second you earn them, and celebrations wait while Biddy is talking to you.

Your first proposal gets a real celebration

The biggest moments in a new shop used to get the smallest reward: a "+15 XP" in the corner. Not anymore.

Your firsts

  • First proposal built. A quick "Your first proposal is built!" card, so you know you're one step from sending it.
  • First proposal sent. A bigger moment, fireworks included, and a Share button with your new Up and Running badge if you want to post it to the community or send it anywhere else.
  • First signature. The biggest one of all, with your First Sale badge ready to share.

Every other reward now says what you did, too: "Proposal built", "Invoice paid", "Project complete", "Materials list approved" instead of a bare number.

Rewards land right away

Finish your pricing, create a project, build or send a proposal, save a template or set a goal, and the XP shows up immediately instead of on your next page.

They don't talk over Biddy

If Biddy is open or walking you through something, level-ups and XP wait until you're done, then show up in order. Messages now sit above the bottom tab bar and the Biddy button on your phone instead of covering them. If your phone or computer is set to reduce motion, celebrations simply fade in, with no fireworks.

There's a new Celebration sounds switch on Office → My Profile. It's on for computers and off for phones until you change it.

A gentler start in the Guild

New shops start simple: your level and your XP. The challenges, your all-time records and the rank ladder open up once your first proposal goes out. You're on the leaderboard under an anonymous name until then, and right after that first send we ask whether to show your shop's name (it's switched on, so one tap on Save shows it, or flip it off to stay anonymous). Shops that were already here keep their settings exactly as they were.

Importing past proposals

Uploading your past proposals still earns XP, but one upload can now move you up at most two levels, counting the Time Traveler badge too. Your first 3 past proposals earn 75 XP each and every one after that earns 15, up to 50. Time Traveler now pays 75, 150 and 300 XP at 10, 25 and 50 proposals. It always unlocks, but when an upload hits the two-level limit its message says "capped" and shows only the XP it actually paid. XP you already earned stays yours.
