Your dashboard is now a command center

A pipeline you can click, your setup steps living with your real tasks, the week's schedule, and an activity feed that shows what happened while you were on a job.

The dashboard has been rebuilt. The old one showed you a list of projects and a tab of missions and left you to work out what to do with it. This one answers one question, top to bottom: what needs me today?

The pipeline, and you can click it

Across the top is a single bar showing every job you've got, by stage — drafts, bids built, waiting on a signature, signed, in progress, done. The width tells you where the work is piled up. The dollar figures tell you what's in play.

Tap any stage and you land on exactly those projects. That's the part worth remembering. Wondering which three bids are sitting unsent? Tap the stage. You're there.

New account with nothing in it yet? The bar shows as an outline with a Start your first bid link, and it fills itself in as you work.

Missions are just tasks now

There's no Missions tab any more, and nothing was lost — your getting-started steps moved into Today's tasks with a Setup badge on them, right alongside your real job work.

This is better for a boring reason: it's one list instead of two. Setup work has due dates, gets checked off, counts toward the progress bar at the bottom of the card, and shows up in Tasks → My Day like everything else. Tap any task to open it right on the dashboard — no page hop, no losing your place.

They still check themselves off when you finish the underlying thing, same as before.

The rest of the page

  • On the job today — who's clocked in right now, and how long they've been on site. At the end of the day it tells you how many wrapped rather than pretending the site is empty.
  • Schedule — the next seven days of phases across every active job, with Calendar opening the full company timeline.
  • Quick actions — the places you jump to without wanting to hunt for them. On a phone they're a swipeable row with + Receipt pinned first.
  • Your numbers — signed, collected, close rate, with the month/quarter/all-time switch.
  • Community — what's going on with other tile pros, with your unread count on it.

Activity, behind the bell

The bell now carries your business activity everywhere: a client opened your proposal, a payment landed, a receipt got photographed, someone clocked in, a task got ticked off. It's the answer to "what happened while I was on a job" — and every entry is tappable, taking you straight to the thing it's about: a signature opens the proposal, a clock-in opens the timesheet, a receipt opens that job's receipts.

That's also the first time the bell has been on phones at all — it sits in the top bar on every screen and opens straight to activity.

If you're crew

Your screen got the same treatment, minus anything with a dollar sign on it. The clock is still the first thing on the page and works exactly as it did — start your day, take a break, clock into a job, end the day. Underneath it is new: a bar showing the phases of the job you're on, with today's phase highlighted and a Day 4 of 7 readout so you know where you are in it.

The big Submit a receipt button is still one tap, and My week still counts in hours.

Colors, while we're here

Section headings are a soft indigo and the money figures are a slate green now. That's on purpose — the terracotta orange used to mark headings, values, links, badges and buttons all at once, which meant nothing stood out. Now orange means one of three things: the button you probably want, the single next step, or where you are in the sidebar.

Nothing you set up has changed. Same projects, same numbers, same tasks — just laid out so you can find them.
