Getting the BidCraft app on your phone

BidCraft Tile is in the App Store (iPhone and iPad) and on Google Play (Android). The app is free to download. You log in with the same email and password you use on the website, and everything is already there: your projects, proposals, catalog and pricing.

The quickest ways to get it

• On your phone: tap the Download on the App Store or Get it on Google Play button wherever BidCraft shows it: the thank-you page after you buy, the last screen of the setup questions, the card that pops up in the app on your phone, or your welcome email. It opens the right store.
• On a computer: the same spots show a QR code. Point your phone's camera at it and tap the link. Your phone opens its own store, the App Store on an iPhone and Google Play on Android.
• Or search: open your phone's app store and search for BidCraft Tile.

The Put BidCraft on your phone card in the app shows once per person. After you've seen it, it won't come back, even when you sign in on a new phone or computer. And if you already use the BidCraft app on any phone, you won't see it at all. If you want it later, search your phone's app store for BidCraft Tile.

[!tip] Make sure it says BidCraft Tile and comes from BusinessUp AI. Other apps with similar names aren't ours.

Logging in

The phone app is for signing in, not signing up. Accounts are created on the website when you buy. Set your password first (from the thank-you page or your welcome email), then open the app and log in with that email and password.

Inside Facebook or Instagram

If you tapped our ad inside Facebook or Instagram, pages open in that app's built-in browser, and it doesn't always hand you over to the App Store or Google Play. Try the store button first. If nothing happens, BidCraft shows you how to open the page in Safari (iPhone) or Chrome (Android) with a link you can copy. From there the store opens normally.

Already using BidCraft from your home screen?

If you saved BidCraft to your home screen from the browser before the apps came out, that still works. The store app is the better way to use BidCraft on a phone from here on: download it, log in, and delete the old home-screen shortcut whenever you like.

On a computer

There's nothing to install. Use BidCraft in your browser. Some browsers also offer Install on this computer, which opens BidCraft in its own window. BidCraft shows that button when your browser supports it.
