Save your signature once, stamp it on every proposal

Set up your signature one time — upload, type, or draw — and BidCraft auto-applies it to every proposal you send afterward.

Save your signature once, stamp it on every proposal

The contractor signature line at the bottom of every proposal used to be an empty blank you'd have to fill in by hand. Print, sign, scan, re-attach — or just skip it and look unprofessional. Not anymore.

What changed

The first time you click Send to Client on a proposal, BidCraft now pops open a quick setup window with three ways to save your signature:

  • Upload a photo or scan of your real signature
  • Type your name in one of four cursive fonts
  • Draw it right on the screen with your mouse or finger

Pick the one that feels closest to how you sign on paper. Confirm your name and optional title. Hit Save. The proposal you were about to send goes out automatically, now stamped with your signature.

After setup

Every future proposal gets your signature applied automatically — no more prompts. You can change or remove it any time from My Profile under the Signature section.

[!note] Signatures are per-person, not per-company. If your shop has multiple users on the same org, each one sets up their own. The proposal carries the signature of whoever hit Send.

What this doesn't change

Your client's signature is still the legally-binding one — captured when they sign at their share link. Your signature is the "yes, this is from me" letterhead stamp on the document. And past proposals stay as-sent — a saved signature applies forward, not retroactively.
