The project page is now a tile grid — fitting, right?

Every project opens to a row of ceramic tiles — Client, Inputs, Measurements & Scope, Proposal, and more. Tiles unlock as the job progresses and show status at a glance.

The project page is now a tile grid — fitting, right?

We make software for tile contractors. The project page is now a grid of tiles. We're only a little sorry.

Open any project and you'll see a row of square tiles across the top: Client, Inputs, Measurements & Scope, Proposal, Costs & Materials, Payments, Schedule & Tasks, and Receipts. Tap a tile, that section opens below. One section at a time, no more scrolling past three things to find the fourth — and the page remembers which tile you had open, so a refresh puts you right back where you were.

Tiles light up as the job progresses

A fresh project starts with three tiles ready: Client, Inputs, and Measurements & Scope. The rest sit frosted with a padlock — and each one tells you exactly what unlocks it. Approve the scope and the proposal tiles (Proposal, Costs & Materials, Payments, Schedule & Tasks) wake up. Client signs, Receipts joins the party. No more wondering "where's the thing?" — if it's locked, the tile says why.

Each tile also carries a quick status line — client name, photo and note counts, proposal total, margin, open invoices, task progress — and gets a green check when its work is done. Glance at the row and you know where the whole job stands. Keep an eye on the Inputs tile's camera and mic counts: if the mic side is sitting at zero, that's your nudge that a 15-second voice note is the single best thing you can feed the AI.

Scope drafting moved in with measurements

Biddy's scope questions and the scope draft now live inside Measurements & Scope — right below your dimensions, where they always belonged. Check the numbers, shape the work list, hit Lock & build proposal, and the proposal tiles unlock. There's also a new Analyze project button at the bottom of Inputs that kicks off every room at once and jumps you straight to Measurements & Scope, where the results land.

One more thing: when something actually needs you — a Biddy question, a failed payment, a change order waiting on a signature — a slim amber strip appears under the tiles. Tap it and you're there.

The golden tile

When a project has open missions — quick fill-ins that sharpen the proposal and earn XP — a golden Missions tile appears at the end of the row. Knock the missions out and the tile disappears entirely. If you see gold, there's XP on the table.

Crew members: nothing changed for you. Your simplified project view is exactly as you left it.
