Sharing your wins

The Community has a Wins channel for exactly what it sounds like — jobs landed, jobs finished, good days. Instead of making you remember to go post about it, BidCraft offers to share the win right when it happens.

When you'll see it

A little celebration card shows up in the corner at two moments:

  • A client signs your proposal. They sign on their own time, of course, so the card waits for you — you'll see it the next time you open that project.
  • You mark a project complete. The card appears right away.

If you'd rather not share that one, hit Dismiss and it won't ask again for that project.

You always see it before it posts

Tapping Share to Wins opens a short message we've already written for you, based on the type of project — something like "🎉 Just wrapped a full bathroom remodel!" Change it however you like, or write your own from scratch. Nothing posts until you tap Post to Wins.

What's in it (and what never is)

  • Your project type — that's it from the job itself.
  • The price is optional. There's a checkbox if you want to add it ("— $24,500 job"). It's off unless you turn it on.
  • Your client's name, address, and contact details are never included. Not in the suggested message, not anywhere. The Wins channel is visible to every contractor in the community, so we keep your customers out of it by default — and you still get the final say, because you see the exact words before they go up.

After it posts

It lands in the Wins channel as a normal post, so people can react to it and reply like anything else.

Don't see the card?

It only shows up if the Community is turned on for your account and there's a Wins channel to post to.
