Your community profile and photo

Your community profile is how other contractors see you in channels and direct messages. You control what it shows.

Add or change your profile photo

1. Open Settings and find the Community section.
2. Next to your photo, choose Upload photo (or Change photo if you already have one).
3. Pick a square-ish image under 5 MB. It's cropped to a circle automatically.
4. To go back to your colored initials, choose Remove.

Your photo shows next to every message you post and on your profile. Even with privacy mode on, your photo is always visible — it's your own picture, not your business details.

View another contractor's profile

Tap anyone's name on a message to open their profile. You'll see:

• Their photo (or colored initials)
• Their display name and how long they've been a member
• Their guild level, if they've chosen to share it
• Their recent channel posts

From their profile you can start a direct message.

Privacy mode and your profile

If you turn on privacy mode, other contractors see a trimmed-down version of your profile — just your display name and photo. Your business name, city, guild badge, and recent activity are all hidden. You always see your own full profile regardless of your privacy setting.

Your display name and details

Change your display name and choose whether to show your business name and city from the same Community settings section. These affect how you appear on messages and on your profile.
